Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by AESTHETICS LDN LTD “The Clinic”, aesthetics practice offering treatments at our clinic in Central London and through mobile services. By booking with us you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Age Requirement
All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments at The Clinic. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Please bring Photo ID to your appointment as proof of age may be required. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if satisfactory proof of age is not provided.
3. Treatment Availability
The Clinic offers various treatments as detailed in the price list available via our booking site, accessible via our website www.aestheticsldn.com. The availability of treatments may vary, and “The Clinic” reserves the right to update the list at any time without prior notice.
4. Qualified Practitioners
All treatments are carried out by qualified practitioners, trained in the specific services they provide and adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
5. Consultation Requirements
All clients are required to complete a Consultation Forms prior to any treatment. This form includes sections on Medical History, Treatment Consent, and Photo Consent. The Medical History and Consent Form/s are a crucial part of your contract with The Clinic.
By completing the Medical History and Consent Form/s, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Failure to provide accurate information, crucially it may affect the effectiveness or safety of your treatment, for which The Clinic cannot be held responsible. It may result in your treatment not going ahead and you loosing your deposit.
6. Treatment Expectations and Results
While we aim to deliver high-quality treatments, results cannot be guaranteed. Each individual responds differently to treatments due to factors like skin type, lifestyle, and health. The outcomes of treatments we provide vary between clients, and The Clinic is not responsible for any dissatisfaction related to treatment outcomes or the longevity of results.
7. Photo Consent and Release
Treatment Photos: The Clinic requires photographs to be taken before and after every treatment. These photos form part of your treatment record and will be kept securely for 7 years. If you refuse to allow photos to be taken, the treatment will not proceed.
Confidentiality: Photos will be kept confidential if you request it.
Use of Photos for Marketing: Clients may be asked to give consent for their photos to be used for marketing or teaching purposes. Consent is voluntary, and no monetary compensation will be provided. Photos used for these purposes will remain the sole property of The Clinic.
8. Payment Terms and Deposit Policy
Non-Refundable Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your booking, which is non-refundable. This deposit will be applied towards the final cost of your treatment.
Final Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of the treatment and must be paid in full before the treatment begins.
Late Arrival Policy: We understand that life can get in the way, but to respect the time of all clients, we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Our late arrival policy is as follows:
Arrivals within 15 minutes: If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.
Arrivals later than 15 minutes: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to proceed with your treatment, and in this case your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
No-shows: If you fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy:
Standard Cancellations/Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
If 48 hours notice is given the deposit can be moved to the new appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, however if a new appointment date cannot be scheduled at this point the deposit can be applied to another appointment within 3 months from the date of the original appointment.
Cancellations due to Illness: If you need to cancel due to illness, please notify The Clinic providing 48 hours notice and you may rearrange your appointment. Later than 48 hours notice your deposit will be forfeited at The Clinic's discretion.
9. Aftercare
After your treatment, it is essential to follow the aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow these instructions may negatively impact your results, and The Clinic will not be held responsible for outcomes caused by improper aftercare.
10. Anti Wrinkle Review Policy
Anti Wrinkle Review Sessions: Certain treatments may require a review session for optimal results, which will incur an additional charge as specified in the price list. The practitioner will advise if a review is needed. Clients must schedule their review session to be within 2-3 weeks of the initial treatment. Failure to do so will require booking a new appointment, which will be charged at the full treatment cost.
Discretionary Top-Ups: In certain cases, The Clinic may offer review or corrective treatment at its discretion.
11. Complaints and Concerns
Complaints: We aim to provide the highest standard of service and satisfaction. If you have concerns or complaints about your treatment, please inform us in writing within 7 days of your appointment an we will endeavour to resolve any issues swiftly.
Liability: AESTHETICS LDN practitioners endeavour to provide the highest levels of care and treatment, The Clinic will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from treatments, including but not limited to loss of earnings, time, or emotional distress, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the treatment. AESTHETICS LDN may offer a refund which will be in full and the final settlement of any compliant.
13. Variation of Terms
The Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, including without limitation the cost of treatments, it is the responsibility of the client to review them before booking treatments.
