LOYALTY CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility
Loyalty cards are available to clients aged 18 and over. The card is issued solely to the named client and is non-transferable.

2. Earning Points/Rewards
Points or stamps are earned for each qualifying treatment purchased at AESTHETICS LDN. Qualifying treatments excludes Vitamin Injections and mobile service fee.  Points may vary based on the type of treatment or promotion and will be specified at the time of booking or in promotional materials. Loyalty Cards hold a 50% discount on the 5th treatment, the discount applies to the lowest-priced treatment if multiple treatments are booked in a single appointment.

3. Redeeming Rewards
Rewards can be redeemed only after reaching the required number of points or stamps on the loyalty card. Rewards are redeemable for the specified treatments only and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Redemption is subject to availability.

4. Non-Transferability / Conjunction
Loyalty points, stamps, or rewards cannot be transferred between clients or used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or loyalty cards we offer.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards
AESTHETICS LDN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged loyalty cards. Replacement cards may be issued at our discretion, but any previously accumulated points or stamps may not be transferred.

6. Expiry of Points and Rewards
Loyalty card points or stamps must be redeemed within 12 months of date the card is issued with date/signature from practitioner. Expired points or stamps cannot be reinstated.

7. Programme Changes
AESTHETICS LDN reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time without prior notice. Any unredeemed points or rewards will expire upon termination of the programme.

8. Use of Personal Data
By participating in the loyalty programme, clients agree to AESTHETICS LDN using their contact details to send information about loyalty rewards, exclusive offers, and updates in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Fraudulent Use
AESTHETICS LDN reserves the right to withdraw points, stamps, or rewards if fraudulent activity or misuse of the loyalty programme is suspected.

10. General
Participation in the loyalty programme implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to the general terms and conditions outlined on our website.

NEW CLIENT DISCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions for 20% New Client Discount

1. Eligibility:

This discount is exclusively available to new clients booking their first treatment appointment with AESTHETICS LDN direct or via the FACES CONSENT booking system only, it does not apply to other booking systems, such as FRESHA or TREATWELL.

The booking can include multiple treatments providing they are within one appointment, e.g.: Skin boosters and Anti Wrinkle injections treated at the same appointment.

A "new client" is defined as someone who has not previously booked or attended an appointment at AESTHETICS LDN.

2. Discount Offer:

A 20% discount will be applied to the cost of the client’s first treatment appointment only.

The discount cannot be applied to any packages, memberships, or products. The discount does not apply to  Vitamin Injections  and the  mobile service fee.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

3. Booking and Redemption:

Appointments using the must be booked within the promotional period, which runs from 01/12/2024 to 31/01/2025.

The treatment must be attended within three months of the booking date.

Clients must use the DISCOUNT CODE: 'NEWCLIENT20' on the booking platform FACES CONSENT, for 20% discount at the time of booking to redeem the offer. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Non-Transferable / Conjunction:

This offer is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual new client who qualifies under these terms. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offers we offer.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

If a client cancels or reschedules more than once, AESTHETICS LDN reserves the right to void the discount offer.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the discount, please see 'General Terms and Conditions' page on our website www.aestheticsldn/com for more details.

6. Right to Modify or Withdraw Offer:

AESTHETICS LDN reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

In the case of withdrawal, any bookings already made and confirmed will be honoured within the validity period.

7. Limited Availability:

This promotion is subject to availability, and certain treatment slots or services may be excluded from the offer.

8. Non-Refundable Services:

Terms and Conditions for ALL STARS 20% Referral Discount

1. Eligibility:
This discount is exclusively available to new clients who have joined ALL STARS and those who they refer via the 'ALL STARS' referral community.

To qualify for the discount, you must book the first treatment session, which can include multiple treatments provided they occur within a single appointment (e.g., Skin Boosters and vitamin injections conducted in the same session) within 3 months from the date of being joining/ being referred.

A "new client" is defined as someone who has not previously booked or attended an appointment at AESTHETICS LDN.

2. Discount Offer:

• A 20% discount will be applied to the referred client’s first treatment session only.
• The discount cannot be applied to packages, memberships, or products.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
• This discount excludes Vitamin Injections if booked as the only treatment in the first appointment.
• Does not include the mobile service fee.
